✅ 7-Day Return Window
At Pod Seller, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ Accepted for Return or Exchange:
- Wrong item delivered
- Item damaged upon delivery (must be reported within 24 hours)
- Factory defective products (device not working out of the box)
Note: All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund:
- E-liquids / Vape Juices – due to hygiene and safety reasons
- Used or opened pods and devices
- Change of mind
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Products returned without contacting us first via WhatsApp
🔁 Exchange Policy
If your item is eligible for return, and depending on availability, we will offer an exchange or store credit.
- Exchanges are usually processed within same days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If the product is out of stock, you may choose a replacement or store credit.
💳 Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions:
✔️ Refunds will be issued if:
- A product is out of stock and no suitable replacement is available.
- An item is returned due to a verified defect, and you do not wish to exchange.
- The order was cancelled before shipping.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method or via bank transfer within 1 to 2 days.
❌ Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Opened/used products (including pods or juices)
- Returns without prior WhatsApp notification
📦 How to Return an Item
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Explain the issue and send photos/videos if applicable.
- Await approval and instructions for return shipment.
- Pack the product securely and send it back via the address we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll proceed with an exchange or refund, depending on eligibility.
