Are PodSeller's JUUL and RELX products 100% authentic?
Yes. We source every JUUL and RELX pod and device only from certified, authorised distributors, and each item arrives factory-sealed in its original packaging. How fast is delivery in Dubai and the UAE?
We offer 1-hour delivery in Dubai, Ajman and Sharjah during our daily operating hours, and 12-hour delivery to the rest of the UAE. You can place orders online 24/7; anything ordered outside delivery hours is dispatched at the start of the next delivery window.
How much does delivery cost, and is it free?
Delivery is free on all orders over AED 300. On smaller orders a delivery fee is shown and confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE. Dubai, Ajman and Sharjah get 1-hour delivery, while Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah receive 12-hour delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept both cash on delivery and card on delivery, so you can pay however suits you when your order arrives. Payment options are also shown at checkout.
Is it legal to buy JUUL and RELX vapes in Dubai and the UAE?
Yes. Since 2019 the UAE permits the regulated sale of vaping products that meet the country's standards, for adults aged 18 and over. Everything we sell is intended for adult smokers and vapers only.
What is the minimum age to order?
You must be at least 18 years old to buy any product from PodSeller. Nicotine products are strictly for adults, and we may ask for proof of age.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, on sealed, unused products in their original packaging. Returns on eligible items are free. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used nicotine products cannot be returned. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
How do I get a refund, and how long does it take?
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a few business days for the refund to appear. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How do I know which pods are compatible with my device?
JUUL pods fit JUUL devices, JUUL 2 pods fit the JUUL 2, and RELX Pod Pro, Pod Pro 2 and Infinity pods each match their own RELX device. If you are unsure, check our device and flavour compatibility guide or message us before ordering.
